2020 Food Vendor Application

All vendors can sell soda & water ONLY. All other beverages must be approved by KP Concessions.

DO NOT SEND DEPOSITS WITH APPLICATIONS. Upon approval of the application, deposits and insurance paperwork will be required,

All food vendors must have prices displayed and posted prices remain the same throughout the festival. All food vendors must have one food item under $10. The participation fee of this event is 25% of total sales. A deposit of $300 is required for a cart location, $600 per 10x10 location and $600 per food truck location. No tickets will be accepted. All vendors must have a point of sale system such as square, clover or cash register and produce documentation of sales. Vendors must report Saturday sales in order to open on Sunday. Please report Sunday sales prior to leaving to ensure return of deposit and reconciliation with any amount due.

A $200 refundable cleaning deposit is required and will be returned no later than 7 days following the event and satisfactory cleanup approval by City of Dania Beach.

Applications are due by February 15, 2020, NO EXCEPTIONS. An application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. All food vendors accepted will be notified by February 20, 2020, at which time all deposits and insurance will be due.
