• If chosen to be a Volunteer for the Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration, I agree to fulfill the tasks and shifts as assigned, and agree to provide adequate notice if I am unable to meet my commitments. As a Volunteer, I also agree to abide by the rules and procedures set forth by the management of the Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration. I understand that the “Florida Volunteer Protection Act”, Section 768.1355 of the Florida laws known as the “Florida Statutes”, a copy of which is attached, made a part of and incorporated into this Event Volunteer Registration Form by this reference, will apply to my services.
• I acknowledge that I will not use vulgar language or conduct myself other than as a courteous person during my Volunteer Shift, and that failure to do so will be grounds for termination of this agreement and termination of my shift.
• I agree to forever discharge, release and hold harmless the Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), the City of Dania Beach and Standing Ovations, Etc., including all of the officers, agents, employees and volunteers of the foregoing, and all agents of and from any and all manner of any action and causes of action of any kind, suits, proceedings or claims whatsoever arising from any loss or damage to the person or property, while in the participation or supervision of the 2020 Dania Beach Arts & Seafood Celebration.
• I understand, consent and give my permission to have my photograph taken, together with any caption or descriptive material, including my name that you may choose for advertising, publicity, or any other lawful purpose in any publication or manner. I waive the right to inspect or approve any photographs before they are published and any lawful use to which they may be put. I further release the Dania Beach CRA, the City of Dania Beach and Standing Ovations., including all of the officers, agents, employees and volunteers of the foregoing, and all agents of and from any and all manner of any action and causes of action of any kind, suits, proceedings or claims whatsoever arising out of, or in conjunction with the taking and use of my photograph, the use of my name and the use of any caption or descriptive material therewith.
